Nueva Ingeniería de Sistemas S.A.S. (N.I.S.) is a commercial company incorporated in Colombia, with offices at Calle 57 sur # 43 a 16, Medellín, Antioquia. Contact email: info@nis.com.co.

N.I.S. provides software engineering, digital ecosystem development, automation, artificial intelligence, cloud and physical infrastructure, technical support, consulting, and technology training services for businesses.

The scope, timelines, deliverables, and commercial terms of each project will be defined in proposals, contracts, or service orders signed between the parties.

Users agree to use this site lawfully, without infringing third-party rights or attempting unauthorized access to N.I.S. systems, data, or infrastructure.

Site content (text, images, trademarks, and design) is owned by N.I.S. or its licensors and is protected under applicable law.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, intellectual property rights over developments, code, designs, and documentation created by N.I.S. will transfer to the client upon full payment, as stipulated in each contract.

N.I.S. may use open-source or licensed components and frameworks, respecting their respective license terms.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any technical, commercial, and strategic information exchanged during the contractual relationship, except where required by law or expressly authorized.

N.I.S. shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss arising from use of the website or interruptions beyond its reasonable control. Total liability for a specific project is limited to the amount actually paid for that project, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Medellín, Antioquia, unless the parties agree to an alternative dispute resolution mechanism.
